Product Development & Sample Coordinator — Medical Devices & PPE
Serve as the operational hub of our product development and sample pipeline — bringing medical devices, PPE, and healthcare textiles from concept to production within an ISO 13485 quality system.
Laboratory Technician — Quality Laboratory
Support the Quality Laboratory — collecting samples from finished goods, running ASTM and AATCC physical and performance testing, and documenting results inside an ISO 13485 quality system.
Production Assistant
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and excels at driving organization across both automated and manual garment manufacturing lines. You will be instrumental in keeping production workflows on schedule, managing software records, coordinating specialized trims, and assisting with high-volume, specialty orders.
Production Manager
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily production operations at New York Embroidery Studio’s Brooklyn manufacturing facility, including production scheduling, workflow coordination, resource allocation, and supervision of production line managers.
Quality Assistant
The Qaulity Assistant role focuses on maintaining accurate records, assisting with quality checks, and ensuring materials and finished goods comply with NYES procedures, regulatory standards, and customer requirements under the ISO 13485 Quality Management System.
Quality Manager
The Quality Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 13485.
